Oct. 13, we left the pier. Such a high tide, the pier is under water. Weather is rainy and very cool. But we are off. |

We are go happy that Carolyn and Bob are traveling with us again this year. Ol'Spice is right behind. The bay layed down and we crossed the Potomac very easily. We decided to anchor in Mill Creek, south of the Rappahanock. Day 2 our destination was Norfolk. The Bay did not cooperate. We took a detour to Yorktown. |

Docked at Yorktown Harbor. Oct. 19 and 20th was the 230th anniversary of Cornwallis' surrender to American troops. This ended the 6 year struggle of the Revolutionary War. |
